Comp USA, Inc. is a privately held company. It is a division of US Commercial Corp. It was founded in 1983. The company is headquartered in Addison, Texas. Comp USA specializes in the retail of different electronics.
The company is a reseller and a retailer of various computers, technology products and consumer electronics. Comp USA has a lot of stores nationwide and also in Puerto Rico. The company’s target clients are small businesses, retail, corporate and customers.

In 2007 the company filed a bankruptcy and it was decided to close all the stores. Later on Comp USA was acquired by Gordon Brothers Group.
