CompUSA is a Thief; Stole my Rebates

I bought 2 attache flash drives because I should get rebates for $35ea and additional $10ea. I submitted all of the required documentation only to be told that the information wasnt valid. I resubmitted the information. No response. I contacted the local BBB said the case was forwarded to the Texas location where they are HQ'd. I continued to follow up only for the BBB rep there to say that they satisfied the matter although the only rebate that was released was one of the $10 one's. So due to bad-Faith I'm out over $300 trying to resolve this easy matter.
