I have had 6 Taps on various products from CompUSA and have never had a problem

CompUSA compliment

I have purchase a minimum of 6 Taps (repair and replacement plans) on various products from CompUSA and I have never had a problem with them. I even had them replace a computer that had repeated problems. They have replaced items that I had replacement plans on with no problem and no question. I have dealt with the warranty company even after CompUSA closed most stores and have had no problem. The warranty company that they are now using is the same one that warranties Circuit City's products so I don't think that they are going any where any time soon.
